Steel clubbells from 2 to 20kg with rounded handle. Clubbell training is one of the oldest ways of athletic conditioning and combat training.The club has the weight moved towards one end, making the body work to overcome the leverage that is produced. Working out with clubbells involves several muscle groups at the same time. A multitude of exercises can be performed with one or two clubs, not needing to use very heavy weights and therefore reducing injuries and pains.
